Our alpine hut is quietly and idyllically located in the "Three Lakes Area" in the district of Seegatterl, approx. 5 km from Reit im Winkl. In winter, Reit im Winkl is considered extremely snow-sure, the cable car to the Winklmoos-Alm is only 1 km away. In summer, extensive hiking and cycling trails invite you to explore the surroundings. An ideal starting point for skiers, hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. Our "KASA" consists of 3 double rooms for 2 persons each, a kitchen, a living room, bathroom with shower, WC and a storage room. The 90 sqm of our Alm are heated with central heating.

According to Wikipedia, the title of climatic health resort is awarded to "places whose air and climate, according to an expert opinion, have properties that are conducive to recreation and health." Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and since then has repeatedly fulfilled the requirements for the certificate by making efforts. Firstly, the altitude, which ensures that the summer heat remains moderate and the nights pleasantly cool. The village is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and belongs to the "Bavarian Alps" climate district. The weather character is decisively determined by the conditions, i.e. by the influence of the mountain ranges and the valley incisions on the weather pattern. In addition to the natural conditions for good air, we actively take care with natural warmth or ample bus offers that the good mountain air is preserved for us.
